Aquesta rehabilitaci\u00f3 de coberta en edifici p\u00fablic a Llan\u00e7\u00e0 ha consistit a solucionar un problema de degoters a causa de l\u2019envelliment de la impermeabilitzaci\u00f3 existent. En aquest cas era una l\u00e0mina de butil amb moltes reparacions que no solucionaven el problema d\u2019impermeabilitzaci\u00f3. <\/p>\n

L\u2019actuaci\u00f3 per a la rehabilitaci\u00f3 de la coberta ha consistit en:
\n\u2022 Retirar la grava, l\u2019a\u00efllament, el geot\u00e8xtil i la impermeabilitzaci\u00f3 vella per poder aplicar la nova.
\n\u2022 Arrencar tot el bimbell i les bases de formig\u00f3 que suporten la climatitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019edifici, i realitzar l\u2019obra de nou.
\n\u2022 Previ a la impermeabilitzaci\u00f3, realitzar una emprimaci\u00f3 amb betum asf\u00e0ltic per tal de millorar l\u2019adher\u00e8ncia dels materials elastom\u00e8rics de la impermeabilitzaci\u00f3.
\n\u2022 Aplicar el nou sistema d\u2019impermeabilitzaci\u00f3: sistema bicapa totalment adherit a la superf\u00edcie.
\n\u2022 Realitzar proves d\u2019estanquitat.
\n\u2022 Col\u00b7locar geot\u00e8xtil nou i per acabar la col\u00b7locaci\u00f3 de la grava.<\/p>\n
