Els t\u00e8cnics de QPARAD\u00cdS van diagnosticar el problema presencialment. Era urgent actuar perqu\u00e8 la situaci\u00f3 podia tenir conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies greus per l\u2019immoble. La terrassa necessitava substituir el sistema d\u2019impermeabilitzaci\u00f3, renovar-lo i modificar els pendents.<\/p>\n

Els problemes de filtracions cal atacar-los r\u00e0pid. No reaccionar a temps pot multiplicar el preu de les obres
i un problema puntual convertir-se en estructural. \u00c9s vital no deixar passar el temps.<\/p>\n

\u201cFeia anys que ten\u00edem la terrassa plena d\u2019aigua despr\u00e9s de les pluges. Hav\u00edem tingut algun paleta que havia intentar solucionar-ho i no hi havia manera. QParad\u00eds va solucionar-ho a la primera. Mai m\u00e9s hem tingut problemes amb humitats i les filtracions. No podem estar m\u00e9s contents\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
